-Customized products do not support returns and exchanges. If you need to cancel the order, please contact us within 12 hours after the order is placed, otherwise the jewelry cannot be cancelled after it has been produced.
-If the product has quality problems or the product is damaged beyond repair, please contact us immediately and attach the product picture, we will re-make and ship it for you.
-We use 925 sterling silver or pure copper to make necklaces. It is normal that silver will oxidize during transportation. Follow these simple steps to extend the life of jewelry plating: avoid contact with sea water, cosmetics, perfumes, household cleaners and other chemicals. Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners, nor are they recommended to be worn in the shower or gym. You can use a soft polishing cloth for jewelry to prevent the jewelry from losing its luster. When not wearing it, it is recommended to store it in a sealed bag.

All items are made to order, so it takes 5-7 business days to craft.
Standard shipping time: 9-20 days (depending on product).
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Address - The shipping address will be taken from your record.
The address can be changed within 24 hours after completing the payment of the order. However, once we ship your order, you cannot change the shipping address.
1. If there is a problem with your address and that causes the package to be returned, you will have to pay the shipping costs if you request a refund.
2. Additionally, please note that all personalized items need to be charged a 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
3. Cancel an order: You will not be able to request an order cancellation after 24 hours from the time of payment completion.

i have ordered form this shop twice now! the first time no issue but the second i ordered three different birth month flowers. although the order was wrong, i contacted the seller and they offered me a replacement one with no additional charge! the shipping can take up to a month but it’s worth it!!

This was a gift for my sister in law. She loves it! Quality is fabulous! Only issue I had was that it took a lot longer to arrive than what was predicted/anticipated. - so if you are ordering for a gift, be sure to allow ample time (like a month) for it to arrive. Customer service was patient and kept reassuring that they hadn’t forgotten my order.

I got this as a surprise gift for my mom, it includes the birth flowers and names of my two sisters and I - she loved it! The only thing I personally did not like is the way the L is so different from the other letters, but that is no fault of the seller - just how the font is. I definitely recommend this as such a simple and sweet gift idea for anyone!
