The address can be changed within 24 hours after completing the payment of the order. However, once we ship your order, you cannot change the shipping address.
1. If there is a problem with your address and that causes the package to be returned, you will have to pay the shipping costs if you request a refund.
2. Additionally, please note that all personalized items need to be charged a 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
3. Cancel an order: You will not be able to request an order cancellation after 24 hours from the time of payment completion.

So happy with this purchase! It’s cute, dainty and exactly what I wanted. I haven’t had it long so I can’t speak to it’s long term quality but so far I’m happy. The only ‘critique’ I might have (assuming I didn’t simply miss the opportunity) is that I didn’t see a place to notate the order of the letters chosen. It’s possible that I put the letters in the order the necklace was made in inadvertently, not realizing this would be the order. Maybe I needed to pay more attention or maybe the necklaces’ letters are placed arbitrarily. Not sure. And although I can’t fix the order of the letters, the necklace is perfect! Will happily order more from this shop.

This necklace is absolutely stunning. Love how elegant & simple it is. I ordered the letter L for my kiddos name and I love how beautiful it looks with my other necklaces…12/10 ⭐️
