Shipping Address - The shipping address will be taken from your record.
The address can be changed within 24 hours after completing the payment of the order. However, once we ship your order, you cannot change the shipping address.
1. If there is a problem with your address and that causes the package to be returned, you will have to pay the shipping costs if you request a refund.
2. Additionally, please note that all personalized items need to be charged a 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
3. Cancel an order: You will not be able to request an order cancellation after 24 hours from the time of payment completion.

Love it!!!!
The item came with a peal not in place, and when I messaged the seller about a replacement, they told me to use glue to put it back. Not comfortable with this option, we agreed that I could send it back and get a replacement but not impressed that that was not the first option offered.
Great necklace!! The only thing is it slides to the front a lot, but for my wedding I used eyelash glue, (btw this is the best hack), and I glued it to the back of my neck
