The address can be changed within 24 hours after completing the payment of the order. However, once we ship your order, you cannot change the shipping address.
1. If there is a problem with your address and that causes the package to be returned, you will have to pay the shipping costs if you request a refund.
2. Additionally, please note that all personalized items need to be charged a 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
3. Cancel an order: You will not be able to request an order cancellation after 24 hours from the time of payment completion.

I think this is a beautiful necklace but I was confused on the engraving on the back. It already comes with the month and flower engraved, which I didn’t know, so I requested the numbers 23 to be engraved on the back. It is printed in this big black font that completely ruins the look of the back of the necklace. Disappointed that this was not clearly communicated, but I would recommend the necklace other than that.
Very cute just wish the writing was a bit darker but very cute necklace and great packing you can tell they are passionate about their products

Beautiful necklace for my friend! Packaging was 10/10. I got the back engraved with my friends initials, which didn’t quite meet my expectations, I thought it was going to be daintier but that was my bad since I didn’t completely read what their default font was.
