Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

All items are made to order, so it takes 5-7 business days to craft.

Standard shipping time: 9-20 days (depending on product).

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address - The shipping address will be taken from your record.

The address can be changed within 24 hours after completing the payment of the order. However, once we ship your order, you cannot change the shipping address.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that causes the package to be returned, you will have to pay the shipping costs if you request a refund.

2. Additionally, please note that all personalized items need to be charged a 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

3. Cancel an order: You will not be able to request an order cancellation after 24 hours from the time of payment completion.

Order Tracking - Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping notification.
